We believe that God has called this young generation of Europeans to lead now and lead alongside senior leaders intergenerationally. We do this by encouraging, equipping and connecting young leaders to develop themselves and develop others around them. Always with the goal of together building the Kingdom of God.

The Dream Team
We come from various cultures and backgrounds but are united in loving God and loving young people. The wonderful challenge is celebrating and working together for the same cause. We are a community of friends and in the spirit of friendship and trust we extend our friendship and trust.

For young female leaders especially we offer retreats in cooperation with others and in 2021 started with she Leads, a training programme over 10 months for German leaders. In 2025 we will start the fifth run. (only in German)

Leadership Training
Currently we are engaged with young leaders and especially with youth leaders in Bulgaria, Kosovo and Turkey, always in cooperation with the local church and networks.
We are developing a leadership training programme to be launched in nations who have very little leadership development.

Event Coordination
Various on the team are highly skilled in event coordination and we not only run our own programmes but also lend our hearts and hands to conferences like Revive, Christival, Lausanne younger leaders etc.
We also mentor young event organisers and are interested in doing event audits researching on impact.
Event Impact Measurement
On the team we have people who are passionate about events and know how to measure impact. Therefore we can help you measure yours at your event.
We use some of the tools from Phineo, but also have experts on the team who have done or are doing their PhD´s around this topic.
So far we have produced the concept, created the various surveys and compiled the reports for K5 (a German leadership training), Christival (a big youth event in Germany) and support the international Lausanne Movement in research among the younger leaders.
